Wendy Paler is the Director of Channel Development for BriteCo, where she is responsible for cultivating and managing a rapidly growing network of BriteCo jeweler partners across the U.S. She has served in a variety of client-facing and operational leadership roles in both higher education and tech. Most recently, Wendy served as Senior Agile Project Strategist at Table XI, a boutique software design and development company. Wendy holds two master’s degrees from New York University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and she lives in Chicago.

Her grandfather, Michael Wexler, is the founder of Wexler Insurance and her father, Steve Wexler, had been working for the agency since he was in high school. Growing up, she was always inquiring about how her father's day went at work. She would go with him to the office on many occasions, including 'take your child to work day.' After graduating high school, she received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida and her Master's degree from the University of Florida. She has been working along side her father and grandfather at Wexler Insurance for several years.
